LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: Arial; mso-hansi-font-family: Arial; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial">第一、教研和科研相结合。英语组把这个项目的推广作为校本研修的重点,利用平时和教研会议的时间继续学习《义务教育阶段学生学习潜能开发研究》和《中小学生学习32法》。大课题中的成果已经非常丰富,英语组以大课题研究的成果为导向,根据学科的特点和在校学生的实际情况,从中寻找出适合的研究成果,为课堂实践的顺利展开做好准备。如,学习潜能开发的基本原则,发展性,主体性,情感性以及差异性原则;又如,在语文学科中,所使用的语言表达方法,情景创设法,角色体验法,配音表演法等等,教师们认为语言的学习是相通的,所以同样可以尝试运用到英语的课堂中。</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt;
